THE COLLECTIVE

The Collective brings together individuals and organizations across a range of sectors, communities, and racial identities to create tangible opportunities to increase equitable access to capital. Through cross-racial and multi-sector partnerships and relationships, the Collective creates pathways for capital to flow from wealthy, white communities with the specific aim to close the racial wealth gap.
As a grassroots organization, our mission depends on individuals and organizations coming together to collectively create impact. We are grateful for our growing network of advisors, partners, and workshop facilitators and alumni.

“The future is not an escapist place to occupy. All of it is the inevitable result of what we do today and the more we take it in our hands, imagine it as a place of justice and pleasure, the more the future knows we want it and that we aren't letting go.”
