Retreat for Women

Building Clarity, Community & Impact

You've spent years caring. Now let's build you a plan.
A weekend retreat — and a community that continues long after — for women who are ready to move from intention to action. Within a like-minded community of white women committed to exploring the complexities of race and money, you'll develop powerful tools to align your resources with your values.
Our no-judgment approach will support candid group dialogue and personal reflection. You'll walk away with what you need to make a more immediate and lasting impact on the issues and goals that matter to you.
"I came in thinking giving was enough. I left with an action plan that touched every part of my financial life — and a community of women who are walking alongside me.— Impact Collective alumna

"Any initial anxiety that I had about doing a deep dive with a group of wealthy white women into reflecting on my privileged status was immediately and definitively dispelled by the facilitators. They quickly established a welcoming, supportive, and unexpectedly playful atmosphere that encouraged us to recognize and build our solidarity with each other as women. I think we all felt empowered—emotionally, socially, and practically—to see ourselves as protagonists in a collective endeavor towards establishing racial justice and closing the racial wealth gap. Highly recommended!"

"It left me connected to courageous women, inspired by new insights and called to personal action while held in collective accountability. Oh and of course joy, dancing, breaking bread and grieving together was all in the special mix too. Julia and the Impact Collective are making change happen.”
